Refund request
Submit the details below to request a refund for a damaged or defective product. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and include a clear unboxing video.
Unboxing video required
You must upload a clear, continuous unboxing video to claim a refund. The video should show the sealed package being opened and the defect or damage. Refund requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed. Tip: always record a video while opening any weW package — it protects you.
Before you begin
Keep your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the product and packaging ready. The product and packaging must be in original condition. Fields marked * are required.
